Nature of the service

LisaCalls places phone calls on behalf of its users — for example to book restaurant tables, schedule appointments, reserve hotels or handle customer-service requests. The calls are carried out by an AI assistant (Lisa). Lisa is software powered by language models and telephony services; she is not a real person, and her statements do not represent the views of any real individual. Lisa always discloses at the start of every call that she is an AI assistant acting on behalf of the user. Call content is not stored permanently; see our privacy statement for retention details. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided as a convenience only. They are not legal, medical, financial or psychological advice.

Liability for content and links

We compile the content of these pages with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Our site may link to external websites over whose content we have no influence; responsibility for those pages lies with their respective operators. If we become aware of a legal violation on a linked page, we will remove the link promptly.

Should any content on this website infringe third-party rights or legal provisions, please notify us once at hello@lisacalls.com before issuing a formal warning (Abmahnung). We will remove or correct the content in question promptly and without the involvement of a lawyer. A warning issued without prior contact will be rejected as unnecessary in the sense of the duty to mitigate damages, and we reserve the right to counterclaim for the costs incurred.
