Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
By using LisaCalls you agree to these terms. LisaCalls is currently in a closed test phase and provided as-is, without any service level guarantee.
What the service does
You describe a call you want handled. Lisa, an AI voice assistant, calls the business or person you specify, tries to achieve the goal you defined, and reports the outcome back to you. Lisa always discloses that she is an AI.
Acceptable use
- No emergency services, hotlines, or crisis lines.
- No harassment, repeated unwanted calls, threats, or deception.
- No impersonation of another person or organisation.
- No calls that would break the law where you or the recipient are located.
- No automated bulk calling, sales, or political campaigning.
We may pause or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice.
Test phase and fair use
During the test phase free accounts include a limited number of calls. Quotas, features and pricing can change at any time. Calls may fail for reasons outside our control (busy lines, IVR menus, refusals) — a failed attempt may still count towards your quota only where the call was actually placed.
No professional advice
Lisa is not a legal, medical, or financial adviser and cannot enter binding contracts on your behalf beyond the specific request you authorise (e.g. reserving a table). Always verify critical bookings yourself.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LisaCalls is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed appointments, or outcomes of calls. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
