Privacy & AI disclosure
Last updated August 2026
LisaCalls places phone calls on your behalf. This page explains what data we process, why, and how long we keep it. We keep it deliberately minimal.
Who is responsible
LisaCalls (the “service”) is the controller for the data described here. Contact: privacy@lisacalls.com.
What we process
- Account data: email address, name (if provided), sign-in provider.
- Call briefs: the request you type or dictate, plus the phone number and business you ask us to call.
- Call results: status, outcome and a short summary of what was achieved (e.g. “Table for 2 confirmed at 8:00 PM”).
- Technical data: minimal logs required to operate and secure the service.
No permanent call recordings
We do not keep permanent audio recordings or full transcripts of calls. Our voice provider is operated in zero-retention mode, and only the short outcome summary is stored so you can see what happened.
During the closed test phase full transcripts may be retained temporarily for quality assurance and abuse prevention, visible only to the LisaCalls team. This is switched off before general availability, and test participants are informed in advance.
AI disclosure
Lisa is an AI assistant, not a human. At the start of every call she states clearly that she is an AI calling on behalf of a customer. The person on the other end can end the call at any time or ask to speak to a human, and Lisa never pretends otherwise.
Processors we use
- Voice AI and telephony providers to place and conduct the call.
- Cloud database and hosting for your account, briefs and summaries.
- An AI model provider to understand your brief and draft the call plan.
Data transfers outside the EU/EEA, where unavoidable, are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
- Call briefs and summaries: kept while your account exists.
- Temporary transcripts (test phase only): deleted at the end of the test phase.
- Account data: deleted on request, or when you delete your account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to privacy@lisacalls.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Your responsibility as a caller
You are responsible for the content of the briefs you submit. Do not ask Lisa to call emergency services, to harass anyone, to impersonate a third party, or to make calls that are unlawful where you or the recipient are located.
